Quality Controllers

We are a call center company, based in the heart of the Cape Town CBD, operating from Mondays to Fridays. The position is call center operations, and the position encompasses monitoring and scoring of calls. We require detailed, focused individuals with strong sales and call center experience.

Salary: R7000 per-month


  • Matric
  • A minimum of 2 years call center experience
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in call evaluation and monitoring
  • A penchant for accuracy and objective listening
  • Strong sales experience in order to assist in objection management
  • Side by side coaching experience
