The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced and pressured environment.
- Matric (Essential)
- An HR qualification (advantageous but not essential)
- Minimum of two years’ recruiting experience (Essential)
- APSO accredited (advantageous)
- An understanding of recruitment methodologies and strategies
- Experienced in writing good ads (Essential)
- Experience in call center and sales placements (Essential)
- On-boarding experience
- Strong profiling experience
