National Debt Advisors, is a leader in the debt review industry. We have a vacancy on offer for an experienced Dialer/Data Administrator who has exposure to administering Dialler systems in the call center industry.
The successful individual will be required to monitor the performance of the dialer system and data uploads. The position reports directly to the Data/Dialer Manager and will entail daily reporting on data trends and dialer performance.
Key responsibilities will entail, but are not limited to:
- Managing campaign workflow
- Real-time administration and analysis of dialer campaigns
- Managing first line reporting and engagement with system issues
- Administer user access
- Identify trends and agent behaviour, whilst providing feedback to stakeholders
Skill & Qualifications required:
- Have a sound understanding and proven demonstration of SQL and advanced Excel
- Be proficient in Data mining
- Be proficient in Data analytics
- Have dialer experience
- A basic understanding of SEO and Web lead generation
- Have experience in uploading data and cleaning out data lists
- Knowledgeable in contact center processes
- Display strong rapport building and have a vibrant and engaging demeanor
