A leader in the field of debt review and debt counselling, have vacancies on offer for experienced debt counsellors.
You must have:
• Passed matric
• Have a debt councilor certificate (name the institution you obtained it from)
• NCR registered (advantageous)
• Have a clear criminal and credit record
• Proven experience on Simplicity system (advantageous)
• Must be engaging and customer centric
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Upload clients on CARE and NCR
• Obtaining COB from creditors
• Handle client and creditor queries
• Uploading client on NCR debt help
• Issuing 17.1
• Issuing 17.2
• Issuing 17.7
• Restructure proposals with creditors
• Handle terminations (advantageous)
