The purpose of that call is to contact you and create rapport. Over the next few weeks we will be negotiating with your creditors, so it is vitally important that we are able to easily contact you. When we communicate with you, we are able to pick up on any changes that need to be made, identify issues that may have fallen through the cracks – and just generally make sure that the process is on track.
