By now you would have  received a 17.2 notification from your designated NDA debt counsellor. Great news!  As long as we stick to the programme  – you are protected from legal action by your creditors. We are now working with your creditors, and we only have a certain amount of time to get proposals in place, and to get money to them.

Any deviation in this plan, can have detrimental effects further down the line. So it’s very important – that if anything comes up, you have to  communicate with us ASAP! If there are no changes, and everything goes according to plan – we’ll see you at the next update.
